A : Of course it is, using low cost materials or even everyday items.
For instance, let’s say you want to change the look of that ugly kitchen back splash that has been bothering you for years. By using inexpensive pre-glued vinyl floor tiles found at the dollar store or any renovation centre, you can make a lot of difference.
First, make sure your back splash is cleaned and grease free. Then, just cut your vinyl tiles to size, peel the back away from the tile and stick it over your back splash.

Another fun and inexpensive way would be using bamboo place mats instead of tiles. They can be glued to the wall for a spectacular result!
